How to use xpc target?

I want to control power supply by xpc target.
but i naver used xpc target, so i don't know anything about xpc target.
is it possible to control many power supply from one computer by xpc target??
Do you have any recommendable book for me??
How can i make this system by xpc target?

xPC targets are generally used for Hardware-In-Loop (HIL) testing of Simulink/Stateflow models.
Using xPC Target, you can connect source computer running a simulink model to a supported target computer/hardware.
If you, have programmable (digitally controlled) power supply, you can connect it to xPC target computer/hardware and control it from simulink.
I don't know, if any book is available for xPC target, but there are lots of documentation available from mathworks.
