initializing tapped delay line with desired values

Greetings

I have a custom network with 8 hidden layers and several tapped delay lines. 4 layers will be trained separately and their weight matrices will be loaded to the complete custom network.

I need to initialize the values in the TDL before training for fast convergence. I am not sure if using the "preparets" command can work? and how if so?

Can you help me with this. Thank you in advance.
