quadratura / rotary encoder .mdl file

I am using the example rotary encoder function: openExample ('arduinoio / SpecifyPulsesPerRevolutionToAQuadratureEncoderExample') I am trying to plot the MEASURED VALUES in a time interval (EX: 0.003 seconds) in a voltage input with my DC motor with reference to MY SET POINT (624RPM) in order to obtain the transfer function in the identification tool of the system in Matlab itself.
example sequence: points measured (?????????) set points (? ? ? ? ? ? ?) time interval (?, ? ? ?)
can anybody help me? I'm grateful for the attention!
