how to use QPSA and QAM block with bits signle ?

hello everyone, i am working on how to modulates and demodulate signals using QPSK and QAM in matlab simulink after coding a CDMA signal...plz i need your help that how can i inject this signal to the QPSA and QAM block ??? what i do to make it works with these to block? am using matlab 2011b.... Thx for your understanding in this matter. REGARDS
