3d plot as cylinder

Hello everyone, I have the attached mat file an I would like to plot it as a cylinder as it is about a borehole. The depth is in mm and the diameter of the borehole is 58mm. The problem is that some values are missing (depth 8160-8200) and these missing values should appear with black colour in the cylinder and the concentrations of the element as gradient colour. Could you please help me? Thank you in advance!

something like this. The Z axis is the depth and X and Y the rotation (meaning the degrees) and the concentration of one element e.g Rb.

Yes, I have already seen it but it's a little bit difficult for me. I don't have adequate knowledge to do it. Thank you anyway.
