Simulation time with 100% CPU

Dear madam/sir,

I would like to know the elapsed simulation time of my Matlab code, if I had access to 100% CPU resources (for benchmarking against other simulators). Is this possible? tic/toc, cputime and the profiler shows a strongly varying elapsed time (factor 2-3x) due to varying loading on the CPU/server farm. I am using Matlab R2016b on a 64-bit Linux server farm. This example from Cadence ncsim shows what I want: CPU Usage - 4.1s system + 8.3s user = 12.3s total (26.5s, 46.5% cpu).
