How to make a 3D bar graph for non-continuous data?
Show older comments
Hi,
I'm trying to make a 3D bar graph using the function bar3. My x and y axis can be thought of as categorical values - representing percentages (0%, 10%, 25%, 50%). The data I'm trying to graph is as follows:
z = [13.30655499 5.742911277 -4.957447208 -23.23881577 5.167759116 -2.011230558 -12.2507332 -29.21519076 -5.477679562 -12.466218 -22.20823086 -37.47338679 -18.42999088 -24.74823268 -33.67646891 -47.52389194]';
y = [0 0 0 0 10 10 10 10 25 25 25 25 50 50 50 50];
x = [0 10 25 50 0 10 25 50 0 10 25 50 0 10 25 50];
Any help is appreciated, thank you!

I'm trying to make a 3D bar graph using the function bar3
And it is not giving the desired result?
What is wrong with:
bar3([z' x y]);
