how Crop Image Dicom

Dear all,
I have image dicom, then i want to crop some region, then i want to save the crop image to format dicom also. Can everyone tell me how?

You can use imcrop. Run a loop for each and then save...if you know the region of interest, you can specify it and save it in a loop.
