DFFT output images symmetry

Hi all.
Im performing DFFT on matlab and I got this signals output. As you can s there is a simetry but not the same. Its right that?:
in that case the sample frecueny is 300Hz and the DFFT input is an array of 300 elements. (What is the input? just a signal I got from a accelerometer).
Do I must put the 0 x value where there is 150Hz?
