Initial mechanical power limits of HTG in the power_turbine.mdl demo (provided in MATLAB)

Hi all,
When I tried to set the initial mechanical power of the HTG (under Function Block Parameters: Hydraulic Turbine and Governor) to 0 pu, I received the error as shown below:
Initial condition is outside of the limits in 'power_turbine/HTG/Model/Continuous/servo-motor/position'
May I know what should I do such that I can allow the initial mechanical power to be set to 0?
I would really appreciate any help or advice. Thank you!
