Failed to install third party software

I am using the latest Matlab & simulink(details are shared below) Linux edition. Now I am trying to install the hardware support package "Communications System Toolbox Support Package for RTL-SDR Radio".
While installing, an error occurs, The error msg "Failed to install the third-party software: libusb Precompiled Libraries". How do I fix this?
Note: Logged in "sudo su" privilages in terminal. Then launched matlab software. OS : ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS Matlab details : ATLAB Version: 9.4.0.813654 (R2018a) MATLAB License Number: DEMO Operating System: Linux 4.10.0-42-generic #46~16.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Mon Dec 4 15:57:59 UTC 2017 x86_64 Java Version: Java 1.8.0_144-b01 with Oracle Corporation Java HotSpot™ 64-Bit Server VM mixed mode ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MATLAB Version 9.4 (R2018a) Simulink Version 9.1 (R2018a) Communications System Toolbox Version 6.6 (R2018a) DSP System Toolbox Version 9.6 (R2018a) Instrument Control Toolbox Version 3.13 (R2018a) Signal Processing Toolbox Version 8.0 (R2018a)

MATLAB fills a log file while installing support pacakges. You can find the log file as described here:
Can you find the RTL-SDR support pacakge installation logs in this file and post here?

Looks like these release bundles are dead:

> 404: The specified key does not exist.

The "404: The specified key does not exist." issue has been fixed on 9/18/2019.
