ANFIS real data filtering

Hi! I want to filter noisy speech signal. Im doing it exactly how its shown in this example: https://www.mathworks.com/help/fuzzy/examples/adaptive-noise-cancellation.html

With sine wave it works great, but I tried to filter real data (real sound records - noisy speech and noise) and result was pretty much same as input (no filtered at all). Is the example in link above only for synthetic data or how can I use ANFIS for filtering real data to get some good result?
