how to solve the error "Not enough input arguments." please tell me how can I solve this problem

when I run this code it gives an error message as "input arguments are not enough". what can I do?

Do NOT use the big green "Run" button. That button is the worst design decision in the history of MATLAB: ignore that button. You should call your function by typing it in the command window (or in another script/fucntion/...) together with its required input values, and then pressing enter.
It works for me without any error:
>> convert2GPS([1,2,3,4])
ans =
112.2153 63.4349 4.0000
