Colormap changes the dimensions that matlab plots

2 views (last 30 days)
I'm trying to plot a 3D topographic map. When I set the colormap to grey, it show up as an error but plots the data correctly, just in the wrong colour. If I set the colormap to the default, it only plots in 2D. Why is this happening?

Is this using some function in a toolbox or standard image plotting of topological data? You haven't added any 'Products' to the list for the question nor any useful tags nor the error message you got, nor any code that created it so it is difficult for people to give you help if you don't give them the information needed to help you.

It needs to be spelt 'gray' not 'grey'. I got it.
