Pixel size of a image

I have a image of a body at the center. I would like to know the dimension of each pixel, Is it possible?

It might be. It depends on what sort of image you have: if it has metadata, or some object with known dimension. If you are talking about a dicom image, use dicominfo to extract the metadata.
