How can I interface Matlab Simulink model and Texas Delfino Processor F28377D with Code Composer Studio

Hi all,
I have built the Simulink for converter that generate the PWM signals for the power switches. I need those PWM signals out of Delfino F28377D processor using the code composer studio.
Can you please point me towards the right direction?
