Simulink does not match Matlab results

Simulating a PID controller: Simulink does not match MATLAB step command when Kd > 1. PI results do match The derivative block is the culprit. Tried PID block and using the du/dt block. Neither seems to work correctly with large Kd. Any solutions to this?
