How can I measure the position of platform?

I have a simmechanics model like in photo. I want to know angle information this platform which ı draw in photo. How can I measure with using scopes?

Second question, which joints actuate the platform? Can you mark them on figure?

I applied some input the joints and then platform moved. So ı want to learn angle of platform.
