How Do Matlab Pass Data To Visual Studio 2010 in real time

Hello everybody, I now doing some Matlab GUI which able pass data to visual Basic in real time. And it will only stop when the "Stop" button has been press. Anyone of u has any idea about it? And i quite rush for it. Thank You :D
