Problem while running Simulation in Simulink

Hi, My simulation is running normally, but I have noticed one unusual thing.

During the simulation, some simulink blocks fade away, while some are in their normal state. Please refer to the image below: 1. Three phase circuit breaker and the three line impedances are faded away during simulation. 2. The rest of the blocks are in their normal state.

Commented out blocks are usually being faded but in this case a % sign is added at the bottom left corner of the block which is not your case.
