how can I trained mammograms images that can help out in testing of other mammograms

Hello To all I have mammogram images and first I segments the mammogram to get different roi and now how i can classify that which roi is malignant and which is benign
kindly help me

This question http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/4785-image-preprocessing-from-mammogram-image suggests "multiscale processing technique by using wavelet transformation" might be a reasonable way to go.
