Help on hydraulic actuator controller(pid)

Can someone help me on the pid cascade controller for a hydraulic actuator? I'm using the basic setup which includes a proportional valve to control the flow and a normal hydraulic cylinder for actuation. as far as I know, it's not possible to control the system using just 1 pid, since the functionality and signal type for the directional valve and the feedback are different... can someone help on the control system .....!!! please

If is just a problem if interfacing a Simulink PID with a Simscape valve, there are Simulink-PS Converter blocks to do that.

Please post a new question.
If you want to solve this problem effectively, post the equivalent mathematical model that describes the linearized dynamics of what is shown in your Simscape model. For example,
hello
the PID do not work in state presentation ; and also the model isnt lineair , we do not know the equations
