The last time someone gave me undocumented code that I was supposed to figure out, to then use it? I scrapped their code, rewrote it from scratch. It took me less time to write code that did what I had to do than it would have taken me to figure out the code they gave me. The result was code I understood, code I could use, code that I could fix if there was a problem.

Without knowing what the function does or supposed to do it's hard to guess. There are also many other undefined functions inside.
First I'd advice to remove the first two lines of the function, not such a good sign,
clc;
close all;
Then reading further I realized,
  1. camino is supposed to be matrix with atleast 2 columns
  2. agentes and thermals are matrices with 8 columns
  3. remaining inputs should be scalars
The best idea is to ask the someone that gave you this code.
