requesting Dataset of a bug tracking system like bugzilla or mailing lists or IRC or JIRA or any systems like them to load in MATLAB and clustering them

I want to implement article "Leveraging topic modeling and part-of-speech tagging to support combinational creativity in requirements engineering" in MATLAB, I couldn't find dataset can you help? I want to cluster the data by using a hierarchical clustering algorithm, for example, A-link but I don't have Bugzilla dataset or some data like that about bug tracking systems can anyone send dataset to me? Thanks
