Is the MATLAB code of non subsampled shearlet transform available?

It is not clear, which code you mean exactly and what "available" means. I'd start with asking Google for this terms, but actually I'd assume, that you have done this by your own already. I cannot guess if http://www.shearlab.org/ is useful for you or not.
