Comparing 1st & 10th frame of a video

hi, i want to differentiate 2 frames randomly by 1 or any other from a selected video.

firstly, i applied mmreader() to read video & then count no. of frames, then i retrieved all frames using for loop & so on, i do know how to do further via region property difference or by any other way out.
