Adding elements to the end of cell array specific row

i have a cell array 1x2. its length is [1x6] [1x4]. i want to add 5 elements to the 1st row how can i do it E.g c{1}=7 7 7 7 8 Now i want to add [8 10 16 7 11] at the of the 1 row so that c{1}= 7 7 7 7 8 8 10 16 7 11. Can somebody help?
