Modules in trial version not in home version

When I bought the home version of MATLAB, there were lots of extra modules highlighted in green and checked, doubling the price at checkout. Are these modules that are included in the trial version but mùissing from the home version, or just suggested extra modules that I don't need to have the same functionality that I has during the trial?

It really depends if those toolboxes are related to the projects you want to do. Each toolbox adds different functionalities to MATLAB.
