GUI Link to facebook or youtube

Hi Guys, i have a question,if i have a GUI with winodw A and then by clicking on winodw A it will go to winodw B.I want in this winodws B to use an external Link such as Youtube link. so by clicking on the link it will open the browser.
Any idea about how to do this?
