Writing Servo to Arduino in normal mode in Simulink

I am trying to make a project with arduino which uses both simulink and the arduino code. So arduino has a code inside of it and i cannot deploy any other code from simulink to arduino as external mode or deploy to hardware. I also cannot use arduino io library because it needs arduino code too. Can i write servo angle to arduino in normal mode with arduino simulink support package?
