How can I combine different binary binary images such that no one can notice that they are concatenated.

i am working on a project in which I was required to divide an image into segments ,apply Otsu's thresholding on each segment and recombine them. While recombining the images there are edges between different segments that can be recognized. How can we combine segments of the image such that after combining the images appears as 1 continuous image rather than a collection of segments?
