Function call triggered by entity arrival

Hi, I am making a simulink discrete event simulation system (using SimEvents) which requires a matlab function to be executed only when an entity arrives at a particular point. I tried connecting a matlab function, but that function is being called repeatedly even when no entity has arrived at that point.
