Inner boundary conditions in PDE Tool?

Hi, I am preparing a thermodynamic model on a 2-D rectangular region using matlab pde tool. But I need to assign a very high temperature value at the centre of the rectangle(max temp). I could not find any way of assigning an internal boundary condition like this. Can it be done or I have to write a programme?And if so can anyone help as to how to do it?
