Verification of a result with Matlab

I want to create a system/server which will prompt the user to enter some values. The correct values will already be programmed into this system. Then the system will check the values uploaded by the user and inform him whether the values where correct. I tried finding relevant information at the Testing Frameworks documentation page provided by Matlab, but it only involved instant checking and comparing of values, which were both written by the user. Any tips or ideas? Thanks in advance.
