Iterative methods with complex matrices

Hi there,
I need some help in coding an iterative method for a complex linear system.
Starting from a pre-acquired solution on a FE domain (obtained by solvepde command), I have to manipulate the data and calculate other different quantities (not PDEs, just simple equations involving the solution u found with solvepde). From the solution u (that is a [n x m] matrix), I have calculated the variable p by varying my parameter of interest ac ([1 x k]), obtaining a [n x m x k] p matrix.
Reading through the MATLAB documentation, I have found several cases to iteratively solve linear systems like Ax = b (that's correct, obviously!).
On the other hand, I have a numerically complex system, with the p matrix that is [n x m x k], x is not a vector but a matrix [n x m x k], and b is a vector [1 x k].
Anyone can help me to just find the way to solve this? Unfortunately, I even don't know how to start coding.
Thanks in advance

It's not entirely clear to me what you're trying to compute or solve with your PDE solutions. You mentioned "just simple equations involving the solution u" -- what are those "simple equations"?
