USB webcam can't be recognized in imaqtool

Hello I am trying to use imaqtool with webcam(dcam or qcam). I confirmed that webcam works properly with its own software, but the cam is not recognized in imaqtool. I download dcam, qcam download pakage, but this problem is still occuring. How can I solve it?

Make sure you also install the OS Generic video support package.
