how to store and access the array?

Hai,
I have a set of data or an array of data. I need to store this set of data and access it. I need to access the same set of data when I run different programs. This data is common for all other programs. Is it possible to this in matlab? Looking for your reply.

There's lots of ways to do this. Here is some useful stuff to read:

Hi Geoff! I agree with you, deleted my answer.
what is this .dat file and how do I create it?
BSD
@BSD: *You* can define the contents of the .dat file. It is not clear what "set of data" is, how you want to "access" it and what different programs you are talking of.
I suggest to read the documentation about FOPEN, FPRINTF, FWRITE, FSCANF, FREAD and TEXTSCAN.
