which feature extraction algorithm is better from local binary patteren and gray level concurrence matrix?

i have images with text and images with no text. i want to classify images as non text image and text images using svm (support vector machine)but i need to know which feature extraction algorithm is better from local binary pattern and gray level concurrence matrix?
