How can I get started with CRLB using Matlab

Please my project requires me to use Cramer-Rao lower bound for estimation using Matlab for both the simulation and plotting. I will be grateful if anyone can show mw how to start CRLB using Matlab with my measured RSSI and Phase data. An added codes for Receive Signal Amplitude and Phase Difference estimation using CRLB shall be most welcome. Thank you
