Why can't I installed Embedded Coder Support Package for TI C2000 Processors?

I have R2016b and Embedded Coder v6.11 installed. I would like to install the Embedded Coder Support Package for TI C2000 processors, but I get this error from the Add-On Explorer page:
"The support package requires the following products to be installed: Embedded Coder 6.11"
This result doesn't make sense because a 'ver' command in the command window gives me this:

What do I have to do to install this support package?

You can execute the command
>> license('checkout','RTW_Embedded_Coder')
and then try installing the support package again. If either license checkout fails or does not return 1 or you still get the same error with support package installation, I would recommend you to contact MathWorks Installation Support for help.
