Error getting all support packages

I'm using Matlab 2016a and need to install support packages for arduino,image acquisition adaptors.....and getting the same error,it tells me: expected input to be nonempty.

after trying other support packages and trying the "install from the interent " or "download form the internet" options they all gave me the same result
