Maybe what Steve suggested. Or maybe just change the display format of the time vector? Hard to tell what you're asking.
>> tt = timetable(seconds(0:60:240)',rand(5,1))
tt =
5×1 timetable
Time Var1
_______ _______
0 sec 0.81472
60 sec 0.90579
120 sec 0.12699
180 sec 0.91338
240 sec 0.63236
>> tt.Time.Format = 'm'
tt =
5×1 timetable
Time Var1
_____ _______
0 min 0.81472
1 min 0.90579
2 min 0.12699
3 min 0.91338
4 min 0.63236

So you want to retime the timetable using 'minutely' as the newTimeStep?
