hello sir , I have a fruit ripening pictures ,i want to identify the 3 positions of different visible wavelengths ripening images measurement points like ex:stalk, middle, tip.I applied harries feature detection ,but i am not able to detect how can i varied particular in plotting the spectrum of these areas ?suggest me any algorithms
Thank you swetha

How many wavelengths do you have? Hopefully you have a hyperspectral camera and not just an RGB camera. You need to plot the spectra of the three parts and then look for the wavelength that maximizes the difference between the three parts of the fruit.
