Using Linprog & Quadprog in Matlab Compiler Runtime

Can I use 'linprog' & 'quadprog' using MCR?
I want to create a .net Assembly for C# and call MCR to solve using 'linprog' & 'quadprog'. So does it works in MCR? PLz help... I am new to deploytool & C#.
