三次元行列の中の指定した範囲内の積分のやり方がわからないです。

三次元行列を画像にした、添付画像（手書きの立体）のように27分割してそれぞれの範囲内で積分したいのですが、やり方がわかりません。積分の方法はどのようなやり方でもいいので教えてほしいです。そして、その範囲内での最大値が知りたいです。
