How can I plot my neurodata in this window (using gui)?

Hay,
atm I am working on some EEG-data and want to plot them via gui. Afterwards I created this window so a user can remove channel and plot the data again by clicking on "update", but it always opens a new window to plot my data. Can you see my mistake in the code?
