Changing data in Simulink from Matlab automatically

Hello, let´s say I have RLC circuit and I am interested in data from voltage sensor in Simulink. I would like to create some for loop that will iteratively change data of my R, L, C and for every part of cycle I would like to do correlation with reference signal in Matlab. Because I am looking for optimal parameters of R, L and C that will be as similar as reference signal as possible. Is there any way to change data, run simulations and do some analysis only by code in Matlab? I really hope there is. Thanks for your help
