I m getting following error on this statement: Expression or statement is incorrect--possibly unbalanced (, {, or [.
[r_y, r_v, r_d] = mypca(x, size(x, 2));

Have you tried using this line as is in the command window? My first guess is that you missed a paren somewhere upstream in the script.
