How to fit a blob in a rectangle??

I have this BW image. I want to fit this blob exactly in a rectangle and highlight it. Can anyone tell me a MATLAB program for the same. ASAP please.

It's not easy. John D'Errico used to have a minimum inscribed rectangle function where the rectangle could be at any angle but he took it down. You might try this: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/28155-inscribedrectangle but I can't tell if it does weird angles. Alternatively you might try the BoundingBox measurement of regionprops().
