activating USB port ( or activating the D+ and D- pins of USB port )

i have an application where i have to activate a LED using the D+ pin and the ground pin of the USBt.. I want a suitable guidance and the Matlab codes in this regard to activate the USB port.. Please guide me through the steps .....
